Superfood Chocolate Slice!
The superfood chocolate slice has no processed ingredients and is sugar free, its full of protein, fiber and healthy fats. Perfect for a healthy snack, a quick breakfast or even desert, the slice will keep you going. Because the slice is 100% raw its super easy to make, just chuck the ingredient in a processor and your practically done!
Ingredients:
- 1/4 Cup of shredded coconut
- 1/4 Cup of quinoa flakes
- 1/4 cup cacao powder
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp hulled hemp seeds
- 2 tbsp raw cacao nibs
- 1/4 cup of hazelnuts
- 4 tbsp goji berries
- 11 tbsp coconut oil
- 4 tbsp water
- 12 medjool dates (pitted)
- 4 pitted prunes
Method :
1. Combine all the ingredients into a food processor until everything is combined and has a smooth consistency.
2. Once all combined, press into square baking tray and refrigerate until firm, roughly 3-4 hours.
3. Once firm, take them out of the fridge, cut into slices, put a few goji berries and powder with cocoa powder. Enjoy!
